Diane Clarke Integrative Counsellor FdS MBACP

About me:

My counselling experience is through working in the NHS in a GP Surgery and at present I work in private practice. I believe our therapeutic relationship is an essential part of the process and it is through this relationship that an awareness and understanding of ourselves empowers us to make the desired changes.

“We are all in this together and there is no therapist and no person immune to the inherent tragedies of existence” (Yalom 2002).

In order to maintain my professional standards and to continue to practice in an ethical way I regularly attend Supervision with experienced professionals. In addition I attend Continual Professional Development programmes in order to enhance my work.

As part of my ongoing continual professional development I am undertaking a diploma in the specialist area of couple/two person relationships. To build on my experience I am looking for couple/two person relationships who are willing to take part in my case study - respecting your anonymity.

In return I offer a reduced fee of £45 per hourly session for a limited period. If you would like to take part or to enquire about further details, please give me a call on 07724-869916.

Recent training has been in The Fast Trauma and Phobia Cure also known as the Rewind Technique - undertaken at the Human Givens Institute. This technique is also helpful for other life experiences connected with strong emotional memories.

I am also a qualified Subtle Energy Medicine Practitioner with a Diploma in Subtle Energy and Crystal Healing. To find out more about this form of complimentary therapy please visit my website by just clicking here to Diane Clarke Energy Healings.

Prior to becoming a counsellor my background was working in a business environment. I have experience in managing and coaching a team; team building; career development; office dynamics, financial issues and maintaining staff well-being.
